Indoor Air Quality

  • Living areas are within 25 feet of windows or doors and allow for natural ventilation.

  • All adhesives and sealants used inside the weatherproof enclosure of the building meet the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) limits for VOC.

Site Construction

  • During construction, we crafted and executed a plan to control soil erosion.
  • 85% of the construction materials used to build Enso were recycled and diverted from the landfill. This translates into 7,425 tons of concrete, 171 tons of metal and 147 tons of wood.
